Beef and Pork

Good news!  Our beef has been rated ‘prime’ and it will be available by the end of this month (August 2020)!  Stay tuned!

Most of these frozen cuts are available for pick up at the farm by appointment or occasionally at the farmer’s market.

As of 5/1/20, we are no longer taking orders of bulk beef until early 2021.  As soon as the processing facilities are open, we will be able to process pigs. 

Bulk orders of beef and pork can be placed by the whole, half or quarter of a beef or whole/half hog. However, there is usually a waiting list of about 4-6 months.

*Ground pork is made with a lower percentage of fat than sausage, with no seasonings. It is excellent for grilling, as an alternative to ground beef.
