These frozen cuts are available for pick up at the farm by appointment or occasionally at the farmer’s market.
As of 5/1/20, we are no longer taking orders of bulk beef until early 2021. As soon as the processing facilities are open, we will be able to process pigs.
Bulk orders of beef and pork can be placed by the whole, half or quarter of a beef or whole/half hog. However, there is usually a waiting list of about 4-6 months.
