These frozen cuts are available for pick up at the farm by appointment.

Bulk orders of beef and pork can be placed by the whole, half or quarter of a beef or whole/half hog. However, there is usually a waiting list of about 4-6 months.

*Ground pork is made with a lower percentage of fat than sausage, with no seasonings. It is excellent for grilling, as an alternative to ground beef.
